Shipping and Delivery Details:

·         Goods are shipped throughout UK and Republic of Ireland only.

·         The goods are despatched to the Buyer’s address in Paypal records or the address given depending the check out option.

·         We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed.

·         Estandard delivery is via Royal Mail 2nd class (2-6 working days) or other courier company as DPD, YODEL… as per our convenience.

·         No goods will be released until payment has been cleared and received. We will not despatch goods for cheques that have not been cleared including e-cheques from paypal.

·         We do not guarantee a specific date for delivery. All delivery dates are approximated.

·         We do not ship on weekends and Bank Holidays, our last Royal Mail Collection is 3pm Monday – Fridays, so every order placed after 2pm will be dispatched and posted the follow working day. 

·         Please note we do not send some items to Parts of Scotland or the following post codes: Channel Islands, HS1 – 9, IM, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, KA27, KW15 – 17, PA20, PA41 – 49, PA60 – 78, PH42 – 44, Scotland, TR21 – 25, ZE1 - 3

·         All our items are brand new unless otherwise stated

·         Please make sure that the address to which you want your order delivered is noted correctly before check out.

·         Once you place an order, you are binding into a legal contract. So do not buy unless you intend to complete the purchase.

·         Although we ship very fast we do not guarantee specific date or day for delivery as that is in the hand of Royal Mail or the delivery company as used.

·         If your order has not been fully satisfactory please contact us.

·         Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the actual product. We try to update our listings constantly but manufactures are improving designs and specifications frequently and sometimes is not possible to update listings as quick as the lines change.  We will advise you before post the item if there is significan variation like colour or patern. 
·         Your data as: name, address, telephone, email... will be saved for our own commercial purpose, this data will never be sold or granted to third part. If you do not want to receive promotions and offers please send a letter with your request to our postal address.

Return and Refund Policy:

·         For your peace of mind and in compliance with the DSR we offer 7 days maney back guarantee, if for whatever reason, you may return your item for a full refund (excluding P&P costs). Please note that items must be returned in the condition that was posted out, that is in along the original/correct packaging.

·         If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt, we will then arrange to replace the item within the usual timescales as indicated in terms of delivery. This guarantee does not cover effects arising from accidental damage or misuse of the items, and is automatically lost if the item is opened by non-qualified or unauthorised people.

·         If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect when received we will issue by taking the item back to us and supplying a replacement as per instructions given. Free returns label will be provided. Please note that minor issues may be resolved by supplying spare parts or alternative solutions agreed by both parties.

·         If you have change your mind  about any item ordered and you wish to return it, you are welcome to return,  however the buyer will be responsible for the return postage and packaging charges at their expense. All returned goods MUST be unused and in the original packaging with all tags still attached, and free from any wear or tear. Our quality control have the right to refuse refund if inspection deems them used.

Undelivered or Returned Parcels:

·         For all parcels that are returned to us by the Royal Mail as undelivered because no one was at home or the buyer failed to contact the Royal Mail to have the parcel re-delivered or collected, we will refund the price of the product only and not the postage charges as they would have been paid.

Lost parcels:

         For any lost parcel please contact us within 14 working days where upon we will endeavour to track you item. The relevant courier will be contacted immediately and a full investigation will be launched and suitable option will be offered. If in the event that your item is lost in transit we will offer you a refund or replacement.
